A new material in the hands of many a professional interior designer today would have to be plexiglass. Today in London, clients consider this look a real hallmark of the modern designer touch. Plexiglass is available to interior designers as see-through, shiny, or tinted varieties. I first started using plexiglass as an interior designer to create partitions and draught excluders. The results can often be magical, and can really increase the feeling of space in some smaller London flats or home offices. The reflection is truly engaging, and I have even see some daring interior designers use plexi as peripheral scenery for antiques!
